Applying for child contribution by mutual agreement

If you agree on the time of determination and the amount of the child contribution, you can apply to the Agency of Family Law to determine the amount in accordance with your agreement.

The Agency of Family Law will not examine the case. Instead, we recommend that you read about what information is crucial when the Agency of Family Law determines the child contribution.

How to

You must complete, sign with MitID, and submit the application digitally. You must use the other parent's CPR number and email address so that the declaration can be forwarded for digital signature to them. Please be aware that if the Agency of Family has previously processed a case concerning child contribution, a fee must be paid together with the application.

When you have completed the application, signed with MitID, the case will be opened at the Agency of Family Law.

Once you have completed and submitted the application, it may take up to 24 hours before you receive a receipt in Digital Post.
