Apply for Danish state pension - when you live abroad

If you live in the EU/EEA, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or a convention country

If you are entitled to receive pension from your country of residence, you must contact the pension authorities in your country of residence and ask them to process your application for a Danish state pension. Therefore, you should not use this form.

If you are not entitled to receive pension from your country of residence, you can use this form to apply for state pension directly from Udbetaling Danmark, International Pension.

If you live outside the EU/EEA, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or a convention country

You must apply for state pension directly from Udbetaling Danmark, International Pension. You can use this form.

When filling in the form you will need your Danish CPR number, your foreign insurance or social security number and your previous residential addresses in Denmark.
