The purpose of the case handling performed by the Danish Labour Market Fund for Posted Workers is to safeguard posted workers’ outstanding wages and salaries in connection with the provision of a service in Denmark. We only obtain and process the data neces-sary for our case handling.

The Danish Labour Market Fund for Posted Workers processes, among other things,

  • information about your and your employer’s identity
  • contact details
  • trade union membership
  • tax information
  • account number.

You may have provided us with this data yourself because you have applied for having your outstanding wage/salary paid out.

You, your employer, ATP, a trade union or a public authority may have provided the data in connection with the reporting of contributions to the Danish Labour Market Fund for Posted Workers (AFU contributions). We may also have obtained data from public authorities, for example the Danish Customs and Tax Administration (Skatteforvaltningen) and the Central Office of Civil Registration (CPR-registeret), in connection with our case handling.

The Danish Labour Market Fund for Posted Workers processes your personal data on the basis of the Danish Act on the Danish Labour Market Fund for Posted Workers.

The Danish Labour Market Fund for Posted Workers may make decisions based solely on automated processing of data. Such automated decisions are, for example, made by the Danish Labour Market Fund for Posted Workers retrieving data from public registers which are compared in automated processes with the data you have provided in your case. 

As part of the case handling, it may be necessary to disclose your personal data to, for example, Skatteforvaltningen and other public authorities which, by law, are entitled to receive the data or with which we collaborate.
