Lifeindenmark's service centre and the Digital Post support: What you need to know

Read more about this topic

The service centre can help you to:

  • find out who you should contact if you have questions for the public authorities
  • find information on lifeindenmark.dk
  • use the online self-services on lifeindenmark.dk.

If you have any questions about a specific case, please contact the relevant authority, not our support team. Our support team does not handle cases, and our staff do not have access to your cases held by public authorities.

The Digital Post support can help you find information on and how to use Digital Post on lifeindenmark.dk and the Digital Post app. You can get help by telephone or via the contact form.

If you have any questions about a specific case, please contact the relevant authority, not our support team. Our support team does not handle cases, and our staff do not have access to your cases held by public authorities.

If you have any questions about a specific case, you should contact the authority responsible. This could be your municipality, Udbetaling Danmark or the Agency of Family Law, for example.

You can contact Udbetaling Danmark if you have any questions about:

  • family benefits (child and youth benefit, child allowance or maintenance payments)
  • maternity benefit
  • housing benefit
  • state pension
  • the calculation and payment of early retirement pension
  • the blue EU health insurance card.

All written enquiries received from citizens via the contact form on lifeindenmark.dk are saved for 6 months.

Sensitive personal data, such as civil registration numbers (CPR numbers), will be deleted before we reply to an enquiry.

Where possible, we forward enquiries that have been sent incorrectly via the contact form to lifeindenmark.dk to the correct public authority.

  • All written enquiries are stored for 6 months and then deleted.
  • All written enquiries that the lifeindenmark.dk service centre forwards to another public authority are logged and stored. Any complaints will also be logged and stored.
