If other users have access to this computer, smartphone or tablet, we recommend that you delete the browser's temporary files.
Always remember to specify the time interval you want to delete files from.
Microsoft Edge
- Select the 3 dots in the top right corner > History > Click on the trash can > Select time range > Tick all options > Press ‘Clear Now’.
- Alternatively, on your keyboard you can press: Ctrl + Shift + Delete > Then tick all options > Press ‘Clear Now’.
Internet Explorer
- Internet Explorer 11: Tools > Settings > Clear browsing data.
- Internet Explorer 10: Tools > Settings > Select ‘Delete browsing data’ in the ‘General’ tab > tick ‘Temporary internet files’ > Press 'Delete'.

Mozilla Firefox
- On Windows: Ctrl + Shift + Delete > Under Remove select: All my history > 'Clear now'.
- On Mac: Cmd + Shift + Delete > Select time range > Tick all boxes > Click ‘Clear now’.
- Open the Firefox browser > Click on the 3-dot menu > Options > Privacy & Security > Clear data under Cookies and site data > Tick all options > Under ‘History’ tick: Browsing and download history, Active logins, Form and search history, Cookies, Cache.
- Under data, tick ‘Site-specific settings’ > 'Clear now'.
Google Chrome
- On Windows: Ctrl + Shift + Delete > Select all fields > Clear data.
- On Mac: Cmd + Shift + Delete > Select all fields > Clear data.
- Open Chrome > Press 3 dots in the right corner > Clear browsing data > Select time range > Select all fields > Clear data.
Safari
- Open Safari > History > Clear History > Set time range > Clear history.
