AUB processes data about

  • the identity of you and your employer
  • employment matters
  • tax matters
  • account number
  • your vocational training programme

We receive the data from your vocational college and from your application to AUB. They may also come from public authorities, such as SKAT and the National Registration Office.

AUB processes your personal data based on the Danish Consolidated Act on the Employers' Reimbursement System.

We can correlate data to prepare cases for processing and to check payments etc. in order to uncover fraud. This may be done with the assistance of Udbetaling Danmark – Public Benefits Administration – based on special rules in the Act on Udbetaling Danmark and according to defined guidelines, including for the erasure of data.

As part of the processing, it may be necessary to disclose your personal data to e.g. SKAT, Udbetaling Danmark or banks which, according to law, are entitled to receive the data, or with which we cooperate.

AUB erases claims and cases as they become time-barred.

You may object to AUB keeping personal data about you. You can receive a copy of the data, which AUB keeps about you.

You may also request:

  • to have your personal data rectified or erased
  • that AUB suspends the processing of your data
  • to have your data sent to you or someone else

Finally, you may object to AUB making automated decisions.
