Support in the event of unfair treatment to workers from EU

You may send an inquiry in English or Danish to the Danish Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment, if:

• you are a citizen from an EU/EEA country or Switzerland
• you or your family members have experienced discrimination on the grounds of nationality, unjustified restrictions or obstacles to your right to free movement in Denmark.

The Danish Agency for Labour Market and Recruitment is the national contact point on equal treatment and support to Union workers and members of their family.

When the agency receives your inquiry, the agency contacts the responsible authority and ensures that they will reply to the inquiry.

The national contact point only provides you with a guidance and refers you to the relevant Danish authority or other relevant organisations that can make a decision regarding your case or give you further information.
