Like other public transport companies in Denmark GoCollective offers assistance to disabled travelers. The range of stations from which such service can be requested is a contractual subject between GoCollective and the Ministry of Transport.

List of stations is announced to the public on GoCollective’s website:

To qualify for the assistance, proper identification needs to be produced. Proper identification is either:

  • Ledsager-kort Danmark
  • membership card for 'Dansk Blindesamfund'
  • membership card for 'Synscenter Refnæs'.

As a disabled person in Denmark you and your assisting companion can travel at a reduced price, which is a 50 per cent discount compared to the normal adult price.

To get the discount you can travel on 'Rejsekort kundetype handicap' but also on a regular children’s ticket.

Which kind of ticket to choose depends on where you buy your ticket (choice of sales channel/issuing media at travelers discretion).
