Send documentation of your heating expenses (MitID & eID)

You only need to send documentation of your heating expenses to Udbetaling Danmark in these situations:
  • If Udbetaling Danmark contacts you and asks you to do so.
  • If the average of the last three years' heating expenses has changed by 10% or more compared to the average heating expenses you are currently calculating the heating supplement on.
  • If your heating expenses increase by 10% or more, e.g. due to higher energy prices. Here you need to send an on account bill.
You must send this documentation if you are heating with:
  • District heating: Heat statement from your district heating company.
  • Gas: Heat statement from your energy company.
  • Electric heating/geothermal heating/heat pump: Electricity bill from your energy company.
  • Oil: Invoice from your oil company showing your purchases of oil.
  • Firewood/wood pellets: Receipts for the purchase of firewood or wood pellets.
