Send life certificate (pension abroad) - eID

As a pensioner living abroad, you must confirm each year that you are still alive. You do this by submitting a life certificate. You only need to submit a life certificate when Udbetaling Danmark requests in a letter. 

It is not yes possible to submit a life certificate for 2026

Udbetaling Danmark will send letters regarding life certificates again from the end of May 2026. 

If Ubetaling Danmark receives a life certificate for 2026 before we request it, we cannot accept it, and it will therefore not be valid. If you need to submit a life certificate for 2025, you must contact Udbetaling Danmark, International Pension.
