Lifeindenmark.dk and our employees do not have access to your personal files in the public sector. 

All the emails received from citizens on borger.dk are saved for 180 days. They are used for statistical purposes and to make borger.dk even better.

Personal data, such as names and email addresses, will not be disclosed to others. Sensitive personal data, such as civil registration numbers (cpr nos.) will be deleted before the email is answered. 

When you call the service centre at borger.dk, your telephone number will be saved for 90 days. If you consent, the phone call is recorded and stored for 30 days and then deleted.
