Report undesirable effects from the use of cosmetic products
If you have experienced undesirable effects using a cosmetic product, you can report this to the Danish Environmental Protection Agency.
How to
Please note that the self-service is in Danish.
- Check the box to give your prior informed consent to the use of person-sensitive information.
- Fill out your contact information.
- Fill out the information and click 'continue', when you wish to proceed.
- When you have filled in the remainder of the information, sign the report by login in with your MitID.
- Finally, you can print out a receipt of the report you have just made.
