Access the digital Land Register

The Land Register (in Danish: Tingbogen) is a public register which records certain rights to real property, cooperative housing, chattels, vehicles and the like.

You can access the Land Register at www.tinglysning.dk. Choose 'Fast Ejendom' (real property). Type in the property title number or address to retrieve information about the property.

If you perform a search without being logged in, you can view a summery information. Full access to all information on the property requires that you log in using the Danish digital eID, MitID.

How to

Access tinglysning.dk. You now have 3 options:

  1. Forespørg uden log ind (Enquire without login): Allows you to view summary information in the Land Register.
  2. Forespørg med log ind (Enquire with login): Gives you access to all information in the Land Register and to order certificates from the Land Register.
  3. Tinglysning mv. (Land registration etc.): If you need to create or sign a document etc. you can log in here.
