Resumption of fatherhood or co-motherhood case
In certain cases, a fatherhood or co-motherhood case may be resumed even if more than 6 months have passed since the child was born. If you believe there are grounds for resuming a fatherhood or co-motherhood case, you must use this form.
How to
You must complete, sign with MitID, and submit the application digitally.
You must have the following information and proof ready when completing the form:
- Name and preferably CPR number and address of the possible fathers or co-mothers.
When you have completed the application signed by MitID, the case will be opened at the Agency of Family Law.
Once you have completed and submitted the application, it may take up to 24 hours before you receive a receipt in Digital Post.
