You can apply for a CPR number at ICS Esbjerg if you hold a residence and work permit to Denmark and you are a resident in the municipality of: Esbjerg, Billund, Fanø, Kolding, Varde or Vejle.
In order to be registered you need to book an online appointment with the Citizen Service in Esbjerg.
Follow the instructions given in the confirmation email that you will receive. The address is: Esbjerg Kommune, Borgerservice, Torvegade 74, 6700 Esbjerg.

Things to remember when you apply for a CPR number
A permanent address in Denmark is mandatory in order to be able to apply for a CPR number. The minimum residing period needed for a permanent address at ICS Esbjerg is 3 months.
Health insurance card
Your health insurance card, also called yellow card, is ordered as a part of the CPR number process. Within 30 days you can expect to receive the card. Please make sure to have the correct name on your mailbox otherwise the card will not be delivered to your postal address.
