Working temporarily or occasionally in Denmark
Persons who intend to work on a temporarily or occasionally basis in Denmark as a cable installer or a pipe fitter, on basis of their professional qualifications acquired in another EU or EEA country or countries with which the EU has entered into an agreement on access to pursue a regulated profession, are entitled to commence the work without any recognition of qualifications.

Establishing a business in Denmark
Persons who intend to work on a permanent basis in Denmark as a cable installer or a pipe fitter on basis of their professional qualifications acquired in another EU or EEA country or countries with which the EU has entered into an agreement on access to pursue a regulated profession, have to request for recognition of their professional qualifications.

When can I expect an answer?
The decision on whether or not to issue an approval will be made as soon as possible after all necessary documents have been received.
Normally you can expect to get an answer from the Danish Safety Technology Authority within 4 weeks.
Appeals
If the Danish Safety Technology Authority decides to reject your application for approval, you will receive a reasoned notification. You cannot appeal this decision to other authorities.
