Reporting a claim (MitID)

Formal claim regarding LG reimbursement of salary etc.

Here you can request reimbursement of salary etc. in the event of bankruptcy, cessations of operations and restructuring.

Before you start, you must find the following:

• your employment contract
• notice of termination
• your last 6 payslips
• timesheets
• other relevant documentation.

Once you have filled out the reimbursement request form online, you can find a copy of it in the self-service.

If you have given power of attorney to your trade union, you must contact them before filing out the request form.

If your trade union has filled out the request form on your behalf then you will have to approve and send it afterwards.
