The Radio Medical Record is the document to use when contacting Radio Medical Denmark in writing. When and how the Radio Medical Records are filled in, will be pointed out in the accompanying Guidelines under step one in our How to guide.
How to
Step one
Download the Radio Medical Record original file by using the accompanying Guidelines and save it on the ship’s computer.
Step two
Fill in the Radio Medical Record and save the original file on the ship’s computer.
Step three
Send the filled in Radio Medical Record to Radio Medical Denmark by e-mail together with a photo (if relevant) to RMD@rsyd.dk
Step four
Save the filled in Radio Medical Record for one year.
